35 automotive supplier from India, Singapore, Thailand , Turkey and Germany participated at the 5th. International Cluster-Matchmaking in Darmstadt, Germany, organizied by the Automotive-Cluster RheinMainNeckar.

It is the aim of this free of charge event to bring together potential business partners within the automotive sector. In more than 85 scheduled One-to-One Business-Talks, each about 20 minutes, the CEO´s used the opportunity of making new business contacts and finding new business partners.

To give all participating companies the chance for a well done talk-preperation, all detailed company profiles were available. Against this background, the companies choosed their partners they want to talk to.

„To guarantee this effective and compact kind of business contact arrangements we have to limitate each One-to-One-talk up to 20 minutes and work out an exact time schedule which covers parallel talks at parallel tables", Jens-Uwe Lalk from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Darmstadt says.

„We know, that many of the participated companies arranged follow-up-talks“, Martin Proba, Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Darmstadt, comments. "The companies esteemed that they could make new contacts in shortest time and that the event was scheduled during the Automechanika", Proba forwarded.

After finishing the Matchmaking, the foreign companies have been briefed by Automotive-Cluster RheinMainNeckar and the FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH about the business location Frankfurt RheinMain and the german tax-system.

The AutomotiveCluster RheinMainNeckar ist a common project of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Darmstadt, the District Administration of Groß-Gerau and Bertrandt Ingenieurdienstleistungen GmbH, Ginsheim-Gustavsburg.
