| By sending the online-application form your company is participating at the Matchmaking-Event. Please note that this registration is binding. This event is organized by the AutomotiveCluster RheinMainNeckar, c/o Chamber of Commerce and Industry Darmstadt (CCI). The organisators arrange up to 8 dialog talks for you. They seek to realise all of the requested talks. The participation fee amounts to 149 € if you participate the first time. Participants of one of the last Matchmaking Events only pay 99 €. CCI is not allowed to show VAT, so all fees are without VAT. The participation fee includes: coordination and organization of your requested talks, allocation of infrastructure and catering. The organisators reserves the right to delete datas if necessary without reasons. The orgaisators also reserves the rights to cancel the event if there are only a few participants. A cancellation will taken place latest one week before the event starts. In this cases the fee will be repaid. It is possible for registered companies to cancel up to 9 day before the event starts via letter or Email. In this case a half (50%) of the regular amount must be paid. If the company cancels later, the full amount must be paid. |
Mit dem Absenden der Online-Anmeldung nehmen Sie bzw. Ihr Unternehmen verbindlich am Matchmaking-Event des AutomotiveClusters RheinMainNeckar teil. Veranstaltet wird das Matchmaking-Event vom AutomotiveCluster RheinMainNeckar, c/o IHK Darmstadt. Die Veranstalter organisieren für Ihr Unternehmen bis zu 8 Kontaktgespräche nach Ihren angegebenen Wünschen. Die Teilnahme je Unternehmen kostet 149 € bei erstmaliger Teilnahme bzw. 99 € wenn an einer der vorangegangenen Matchmaking Veranstaltungen teilgenommen wurde. MwSt. wird nicht ausgewiesen da die IHK Darmstadt nicht der Umsatzsteuerpflicht unterliegt. Die Teilnahmegebühr beinhaltet die Bereitstellung der Infrastuktur am Veranstaltungsort, Organisation und Koordination der Gespräche, Verpflegung am Veranstaltungstag laut Programm. Die Veranstalter behaltern sich vor, ungeeignete Anmeldungen/ Einträge ohne Angabe von Gründen zu entfernen Sie behalten sich ebenso vor, die Veranstaltung wegen zu geringer Teilnehmerzahl oder anderen wichtigen Gründen abzusagen. Diese Absage erfolgt nicht später als eine Woche vor der Veranstaltung. Die Teilnahmegebühr wird in diesen Fällen erstattet. Ein angemeldeter Betrieb kann bis 9 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn schriftlich zurücktreten. In diesem Fall fallen Stornokosten in Höhe von 50% des Teilnahmebeitrags an. Erfolgt die Absage später ist der volle Teilnahmebeitrag zahlbar. Gleiches gilt auch für den Fall, dass Teilnehmer am Tag der Veranstaltung absagen oder nicht erscheinen. |
